We’re looking for a Part-Time Agent Assistant who enjoys supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and being a welcoming presence for both customers and the team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in being dependable. If you enjoy helping behind the scenes, staying on top of details, and contributing to a positive workplace, this could be a great fit.
No insurance license is required, and training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up with customers to collect needed documentation
- Manage the agent’s calendar and office appointments
- Provide administrative support to the agent and team, including special projects as needed
What Helps You Succeed Here
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
- Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced, team-oriented office
